If you are located in one of the greater metro areas of Cincinnati, Northern Kentucky, Columbus, Indianapolis, Lexington, or Evansville and you need parts quickly because a truck is down, the critical parts you need will be delivered the same day if the order is placed by 11 a.m. and the parts are in stock in that city.

If the part is at the factory or at one of our multiple warehouses, and the situation is urgent, it will be delivered to you the next business day - OR THE PART IS FREE.

OKI Will Have the Correct Parts and Tools to Fix Your Trucks Quickly

OKI maintains a $3 million parts inventory - 10 times that of most of our competitors. And, each service van is equipped with a large inventory of tools and parts. After all, without the proper tools, the parts can't be installed. For the RARE times that a parts isn't on the van or in our warehouse, we will have a courier deliver it to you or to us the next business day. For the even RARER times that a part would take longer than 24 hours to arrive, we provide a free loaner if the situation calls for it.
