Using OKI for dock-and-door service results in lower repair charges because we immediately dispatch a single technician, not two-man teams like many other service companies. Throughout our 20 years in dock and door service we've experimented with single technicians and two-man teams. Single technicians get the job done just as efficiently, in the same amount of time. Occasionally, a second technician is sent, but only when vitally needed. Our customers appreciate getting a bill for 50% less than two-man teams charge.

We track and invoice based on six-minute intervals, not 30 minutes like most other service companies. This saves our customers hundreds of dollars each year.
Our technicians drive GPS-outfitted service/parts vans. Our dispatchers are able to immediately locate the nearest part and technician so your equipment is repaired quickly and your building is secure, if the repair includes doors. If OKI does not arrive within two hours of your breakdown call, you don't pay for the first hour of service.
Our technicians fix 85% of all breakdowns with van-stocked parts. Your equipment is fixed the first time and fixed right away.
